Our take on GTE

GTE (Global Token Exchange) is a fully on-chain, non-custodial trading platform built exclusively for MegaETH, combining a central limit order book, an automated market maker and Takeoff, its token launchpad, with the goal of matching centralized-exchange speed. The project ran an open beta testnet through 2025, then moved to a waitlist: signing up earns points and a Bronze-to-Platinum rank ahead of the platform's full public launch. Liquid Labs, the team behind GTE, has raised roughly $25M from investors including Paradigm, Wintermute and GSR, and some of that funding reportedly included agreements with token warrants. No native $GTE token, TGE date, or points-to-token conversion has been officially announced.

Risks to consider

• No token, TGE date, or points-conversion rate has been confirmed; funding agreements with token warrants raise expectations but are not a commitment.
• The public site currently only offers waitlist sign-up; we could not verify what access, if any, earlier testnet accounts retain.
• We found no official Discord, Telegram or documentation link on the current site, so verify any community link independently before joining.
• This is a fast-moving pre-launch product; guides describing the earlier open testnet may no longer reflect the current waitlist-only flow.

Notes on the steps

• The waitlist ranks participants Bronze through Platinum by points; referrals are one of the ways to earn points.
• MegaETH, the underlying chain, already completed its own MEGA token generation event in April 2026 — that is a separate token from any future GTE token.
