eCash.com (eCash) is a Bitcoin hard fork that keeps Bitcoin's core architecture while adding native BIP-300 drivechain support. The airdrop is confirmed for October 31, 2026: anyone holding BTC in a non-custodial wallet at the mainnet snapshot receives $ECX at a 1:1 ratio. Until then, a beta program lets holders claim $pECX test tokens now, convertible to $ECX at a bonus rate on top of the main airdrop.

Risks to consider

Importing a private key into a third-party wallet always carries some risk — consider withdrawing BTC to a separate wallet first if you're cautious about exposing keys.
$pECX is a test asset with no value on its own; it only matters as a bonus on top of the confirmed 1:1 mainnet airdrop.
